Milkwood Studio is available for hire as a location house for shoots, brand events, creative production & more.

  • We love to hear from people & businesses who are conscientious, share our design ethos and have a burning desire to create their vision. Milkwood is designed to be flexible and production-ready, with a layout that can be easily adapted to suit your needs for:

  • An open, adaptable environment defined by natural light, natural materials, and a neutral, tonal palette.
    Each corner has been thoughtfully composed to offer depth, versatility, and a strong visual identity for your project

    • 40m2 (5m wide, 8m long)

    • Open Plan

    • Zones include: open floor space, kitchen, outdoor decking, large studio garden, mezzanine, wetroom

    • Natural light: morning East light, midday South light, evening West light. View Sun Path here

    • Natural materials: raw plaster walls, pine wood facias, porcelain tile flooring, neutral muslin curtain.

    • Key visual features: Picture window, reclaimed sliding wooden door backdrop, plaster walls, garden views.

  • Studio hire includes access to the full studio space & core furniture:

    • Studio access

    • Garden access

    • Tables, surfaces, props (upon request)

    • Kitchen use

    • WiFi, power, etc.

    • Styling elements / ceramics (optional add-on )

  • Milkwood can also be hired with additional in house production services, from creative direction to styling services, including:

    • Set design / spatial styling

    • Tablescaping

    • Ceramic hire

    • Food styling / artist-led cooking

    • Creative production

    • Full event curation
