This evening workshop invites you to work with clay as your canvas. Inspired by some of Tash’s original works, you will have the opportunity to re-create your own drawings on plates - experiencing for yourself when beauty meets functionality.
Selecting your plates of choice from Tash’s studio library as your canvas, you will spend an evening translating the human form onto your pieces. Work with a live sitter and learn the process of using ceramic underglazes to capture detailed design work to create high-level functional works you will be proud of.
You will select two of your pieces to be professionally fired and glazed, ready to collect four weeks later, when they will be transformed into functional, one-of-a-kind artworks for everyday use.
