Over four weeks you’ll hand-build your own pasta-night set start to finish to create a luxury at-home dining experience: aperitivo dishes, wine tumblers, pasta bowl, and pasta tools including pasta rolling boards, pestle & mortars and garlic graters.
In our final week, invite a guest to join us for a golden hour dinner party in the studio to use every piece you've made in practice celebrating the bounty of harvest. Together, we’ll prepare a meal of beautiful hand-made pasta from scratch, rolling penne, cavatelli, tagliatelli using your handmade tools .
In this course you will experience the true art of process: starting with nothing to leaving with a table of abundance - the sheer joy of indulging in a bowl of fresh pasta from a vessel that you sculpted with your very hands.
